Is the SMP applicable to each state of United States?
Yes, except California (The SMP for California is known as IIPP). The SMP has been developed by Project Managers with hands on experience working with Safety management plans on construction projects; they havedeveloped the management plans considering federal and state safety and health standards requirements.
