The Unique Structure of the Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS comes divided in 2 distinct parts as this makes adapting the document quickly and easily to any new project.

Why?

Part 1 is where you insert all details related to your business in addition to details that don't change on each project.

Part 2 is where you insert all details related to each individual project.

The best thing about the 2-part structure is that it allows you to customize the QMS by simply modifying Part 2 as opposed to the whole document. This makes the customization process so much quicker and easier.

Dividing up the document into 2 parts certainly took some creativity and innovation. But we think it was well worth the effort.

And there is currently no other document in the marketplace that has this unique 2-part structure.
